The Emerson Cottage Cluster is a feasibility study for a six unit cottage cluster development on a corner lot in the Northeast Portland Cully neighborhood.  Each unit is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom fully accessible cottage on its own fee simple lot within the development.
