The PPB ADU is a garage conversion to Accessory Dwelling Unit.  The 18ft x 20ft garage will have one bedroom, one full bathroom, and kitchen.  Construction is underway with the existing concrete slab, exterior siding, and roofing removed.  A proper foundation and footing will be installed along with new floor slab, exterior siding (with proper weather and moisture barrier), and roof.
