KARI LANE ADU - CONSTRUCTION

The Kari Lane ADU is under construction in SW Portland. It is a one bedroom one bath Accessory Dwelling Unit located behind the existing home on the odd shaped lot. The floor plan maximizes floor area while minimizing blocked views from the house to the backyard. The ADU will be fully accessible with a connector to the house and ADA ramp leading to the front of the property.
