GARAGE RENOVATION - CONSTRUCTION

Some progress on the Garage Renovation project.  Permit drawings approved.  New walls laid out and framed.  Existing rotting sill plate replaced and questionable studs sistered.  Additional ceiling joists installed.  Existing window removed.  New door header and framing installed.   Trench dug to code depth for electrician installed conduit from main panel in house.  Electrician installed 60amp sub-panel and rough-ins in place awaiting inspection.
