GARAGE RENOVATION - CONSTRUCTION

More progress on the garage renovation project.  Bike room pocket door frame installed, walls insulated, sheetrock and osb (bike hanging wall) installed, and sheetrock taped & mudded.  The interior wall between the bike room / shop and studio received insulation to allow individual space heating of rooms in colder months depending on usage.  In the shop/garage, rotted sill plate replaced, exterior walls insulated, and sheetrock and osb (wood rack wall) installed.  Thanks to Alexis 'Karate Chop' Kurland for lending a hand (and muscle) on the sheetrock hanging.

With all the walls sheathed the electrician will be completing electrical install this week.  Next up will be punch-listing and knocking out ceiling insulation/venting, interior trim, pocket door install, concrete slab sealing, etc, etc, etc.
