GARAGE RENOVATION

A utilitarian renovation of an unfinished garage into bike parking, wood shop, & ceramics studio.  Two new walls divide the space for the separate functions.  Bikes enter through the existing door to be efficiently stored on the wall.  A new pocket door separates the bike room from the updated wood shop space with access for larger equipment & materials through the existing garage door.  A new exterior door leads from the garden into the ceramics studio creating separation from the dust of the woodshop.  The entire structure will receive a new electrical sub-panel, wiring, insulation, and structural improvements.
